Refund, Dispute & Cancelation Policy
Last updated 30 August 2026
This policy is issued by Squatch Studios, LLC ("Squatch Studios", "we", "us"). It applies to every purchase made directly from us.
Nothing is currently for sale
We do not currently sell anything. This policy takes effect in full the moment any purchase becomes available.
Physical goods and returns
We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. Everything we offer is digital and delivered over the internet, so no returns, shipping, or restocking process applies.
Refunds
To request a refund, email support@squatch.gg from the address used at purchase, or include that address in your message. We acknowledge every request within three business days.
- Within 14 days of purchase: we refund in full on request, provided the purchased content has not been substantially used or consumed in-game.
- Content already consumed: items that have been spent, used up, or applied in-game cannot generally be refunded, because they cannot be returned to us.
- Anything that did not work: if you were charged twice, charged for something you did not receive, or the content is broken on our end, we refund it in full regardless of how much time has passed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our payment processor typically settles them within five to ten business days; the exact timing is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Cancelation
We do not currently offer subscriptions, memberships, or any recurring charge. If we introduce one, these terms apply: you may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@squatch.gg; cancelation stops all future charges; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for; and we do not pro-rate partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something has gone wrong with a charge, please email support@squatch.gg first.
If you do file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, we will cooperate with your bank and with our payment processor and provide the transaction records they request. We may suspend access to disputed content while the dispute is open.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancelation right you hold under the consumer law of the country or state you live in. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, that law wins.
